Service Description

Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful healing modality. The practice involves connected circular breathing combined with chakra-attuned music. It is a journey that will allow breathers to go into an expanded state of awareness. This beautiful method guides you towards improving your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Things to prepare; * Find a quiet space * Best to do this lying down on your yoga mat or mattress * Set your intention before the session. This will be helpful during your Shamanic Breathwork journey. * Use headphones or earphones to be able to focus on the music. (Best to use wired headphones) *Prepare an eye mask or fabric to cover your eyes. *Wear comfortable clothes to help you move freely during the session. *Place a blanket near you in case you feel cold. * Have your water bottle and tissue box near you * Have your journal to write about your learnings and insights after the session. * Avoid eating heavy meals before the session. It will be harder to do the breathwork when you feel full. Have a light meal 1 to 2 hours before the class starts. * The session will be conducted virtually; ensure you have a stable internet connection. * Place your mobile phone on airplane mode. Ask other people who live with you not to disturb you during the session. THIS IS SAFE! Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful tool that can lead to strong physical and emotional experiences.
